(3) Lubrication is good. Add oil or change oil on time. Constant oil, no dry friction, normal oil pressure, bright oil standard, smooth oil path, oil quality meets requirements, oil gun, oil cup, linoleum clean;
(4) Safety Observe the safety operation regulations, do not overload the equipment, and the safety protection equipment of the equipment is complete and reliable, and eliminate the safety factors in time.
The maintenance content of equipment generally includes daily maintenance, regular maintenance, regular inspection and precision inspection, equipment lubrication, and cooling system maintenance are also an important content of equipment maintenance.
The daily maintenance of equipment is the basic work of equipment maintenance and must be institutionalized and standardized. For the regular maintenance of equipment, work quotas and material consumption quotas should be formulated and evaluated according to the quotas. The regular maintenance of equipment should be included in the assessment of the workshop contract responsibility system. Periodic inspection of equipment is a kind of planned preventive inspection. In addition to human senses, inspection means also have certain inspection tools and instruments, which are carried out according to the periodic inspection card. Periodic inspection is also called periodic inspection. Accuracy checks should also be carried out on mechanical equipment to determine the actual accuracy of the equipment.

2. Three-level maintenance system for equipment
The three-level maintenance system includes: daily maintenance, first-level maintenance and second-level maintenance of the equipment. The three-level maintenance system is a compulsory maintenance system where the operator is the mainstay and the equipment is the mainstay and the warranty is equally important.
Daily maintenance of equipment:The daily maintenance of the equipment is carried out by the equipment operator on duty;
The first-level maintenance is mainly operated by operators, assisted by maintenance workers, the equipment is partially disassembled and inspected according to the plan, the specified parts are cleaned, the oil lines and pipes are dredged, the oil lines and oil filters are replaced or cleaned, and the coordination of each part of the equipment is adjusted Gap, sturdy all parts of the equipment. The scope of the first guarantee shall cover all equipment in use by the enterprise, and shall strictly implement the key equipment. The secondary maintenance is mainly done by maintenance workers, and the operation workers participate in it to complete it. The second-level maintenance is included in the equipment maintenance plan. Partial disassembly inspection and repair of the equipment, replacement or repair of worn parts, cleaning, oil change, and inspection and repair of electrical parts will make the technical status of the equipment fully meet the requirements of the intact equipment standards. The time for secondary maintenance is about 7 days.
After the completion of the second warranty, the maintenance workers should fill in the maintenance records in detail, and the workshop mechanics and operators will check and accept them. The main purpose of the second guarantee is to make the equipment reach intact standards, improve and consolidate the equipment intact rate, and extend the period of overhaul.
